This policy explains what FLEXIGLOB LLC (“we”) collects when you use flexierp.ma, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect
When you contact us. The name, email address, company and message you send us by email or WhatsApp. We need this to answer you. We ask for nothing more, and this site has no contact form.
When you visit the site. Our server records the request: IP address, the page requested, the referring page, your browser and operating system, and the time. These logs keep the service running and let us spot abuse. They are kept for 12 months.
Nothing else. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind. We do not know who you are when you read it.
We do not collect special categories of data such as health, beliefs or biometrics, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Why we may use it, and on what legal basis

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies at all.
It does use your browser’s local storage for one thing: remembering the language you chose, so the site does not send you somewhere else on your next visit. That preference stays in your browser, is never transmitted to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. Because it is strictly necessary to provide a feature you asked for, it does not require consent, and this is why you see no cookie banner.
Who else is involved
- Scaleway (8 rue de la Ville l’Évêque, 75008 Paris, France) hosts the site. Your request and the server logs reach their infrastructure, in France.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) serves the typefaces the page uses. Loading
them discloses your IP address to Google. If you would rather avoid this,
most browsers and content blockers can block
fonts.gstatic.com; the page remains fully readable.
We disclose data to an authority only where the law requires it.
Where it is stored
The site and its logs are hosted in France, in the European Union. Email we exchange with you is processed in the United States, where we are established. Where data moves between the two, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a customer, in which case the contract governs. Server logs: 12 months. Accounting records: as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit what we do with it, or send it to another provider. You can object to processing we base on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting what came before.
Write to contact@flexiglob.com. We answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the CNDP in Morocco, or to the data protection authority of the country you live in.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above, and for a significant change we say so on the site. The current version always lives at https://flexierp.ma/en/privacy.
