These terms govern your use of flexierp.ma (the “site”), published by FLEXIGLOB LLC. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Buying FlexiERP is separate: that is covered by the contract we sign with you, and where the two disagree, the contract wins.
What this site is
The site presents FlexiERP, our enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and lets you write to us. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Descriptions, figures and screenshots illustrate what the product does; they are not a warranty of a particular result, and the product evolves.
Prices are quoted per customer according to scope. Any figure shown here is indicative until it appears in a written quotation from us.
The 3D model shown on the site is an indicative estimate. It is not a certified resource or reserve statement and must not be relied on as one.
Using it properly
Please do not: break into the site or try to; overload it or disrupt it for others; copy it wholesale or scrape it for a competing service; misrepresent who you are; or use it for anything unlawful.
Automated access for search indexing and for assistant crawlers is welcome, within the limits set out in our robots.txt.
What belongs to whom
The site, its text, images, drawings, code, and the FLEXIGLOB and FlexiERP names and logos, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may quote short extracts with a link crediting the source. Anything more needs our written permission.
What you send us — a message, a document, a set of requirements — stays yours. You give us permission only to use it to answer you and to prepare a proposal.
Availability
We work to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Links to other sites
The site links to flexiglob.com and to our platform. Where we link elsewhere, we do not control what is on the other side and are not responsible for it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost opportunity arising from your use of the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury, or our fraud.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the state and federal courts sitting in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory protection you enjoy as a consumer in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, with the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
